All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx SIGNATURE REQUIRED (unless otherwise specified). Please allow up to 48 Hours to process and ship your order; if you have a time sensitive shipment please give us a call to ensure there are no delays. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.
Please be aware that 3-day, 2-day and next day air shipping does NOT include the weekends. For example an order with 2-day air shipping that ships out on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
In order to keep costs down and provide parts at competitive prices, many items are shipped directly from one of our authorized Rennwerks shipping locations. We cannot guarantee stock on these items until the order is placed. We will notify you if an item is not available to ship immediately.
While we strive to ensure accuracy of all orders that are shipped on extremely rare occasions boxes are mislabeled and/or wrong parts are shipped. Once you have received your order be sure to CHECK the parts for accuracy prior to starting your installation!Returns
Call customer service at 1-408-800-4485 from 9:00 to 5:30 PST, Monday through Friday. They will issue you a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). Display this RMA# visibly on the outside of the return packaging. Enclose a copy of the original invoice with the returned merchandise. All returns must be pre-paid shipping and fully insured. We do not accept collect shipments or unauthorized returns. When the return is due to our error, we will refund the pre-paid freight charges and immediately exchange the item(s) or provide a refund.

YES, with some exceptions. Please call customer service at 1-408-800-4485 from 9:00 to 5:30 PST, Monday through Friday. All items to be returned will require a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#), whether flawed or incorrect merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
