SHIPPING

All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx SIGNATURE REQUIRED (unless otherwise specified). Please allow up to 48 Hours to process and ship your order; if you have a time sensitive shipment please give us a call to ensure there are no delays. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.

Please be aware that 3-day, 2-day and next day air shipping does NOT include the weekends. For example an order with 2-day air shipping that ships out on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

In order to keep costs down and provide parts at competitive prices, many items are shipped directly from one of our authorized Rennwerks shipping locations. We cannot guarantee stock on these items until the order is placed. We will notify you if an item is not available to ship immediately.

While we strive to ensure accuracy of all orders that are shipped on extremely rare occasions boxes are mislabeled and/or wrong parts are shipped. Once you have received your order be sure to CHECK the parts for accuracy prior to starting your installation!

 

RETURNS & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

All items to be returned, whether flawed or incorrect merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the original ship date. ALL returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

TO RETURN AN ITEM

Call customer service at 1-408-800-4485 from 9:00 to 5:30 PST, Monday through Friday. They will issue you a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). Display this RMA# visibly on the outside of the return packaging. Enclose a copy of the original invoice with the returned merchandise. All returns must be pre-paid shipping and fully insured. We do not accept collect shipments or unauthorized returns. When the return is due to our error, we will refund the pre-paid freight charges and immediately exchange the item(s) or provide a refund.

  • Books & Publications
  • Videos
  • Posters
  • Glass Patterns
  • Wood Items
  • Computer Software
  • Foreign Shipments
  • Special Orders

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Upon receipt of an obviously damaged package, you have the option to refuse delivery and the order will be returned to Rennwerks. Or you can receive the order-making, not of visible damage in writing to the carrier. If upon inspection of the parts you find damage due to the carrier's handling you then have 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier. DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED PARTS TO RENNWERKS. Keep the package and parts as close as possible to the condition you received them. Without the package, the carrier will void your claim. Claims for shortages due to carrier negligence must be made within 5 working days of receipt of merchandise.
